Your Future Therapist

My path to becoming a therapist was deeply shaped by my own experience in therapy. Through my personal breakthroughs, I came to understand the power of having a space to feel seen, challenged, and supported. I’ve always been fascinated by people—our patterns, our emotions, and the reasons we do what we do. Therapy felt like a natural way to combine my curiosity with my genuine desire to help others heal. I truly believe meaningful change happens when we better understand ourselves.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), which means I completed a rigorous standardized national examination to earn this credential. I am trained in EMDR therapy for trauma and distressing experiences, as well as Gottman Method Couples Therapy for relationship work. My approach is evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). The therapy tools I utilize have been highly influential in my own life. I don’t just teach these skills—I actively practice them.

In our work together, I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to you. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help guide, support, and challenge you in ways that feel meaningful and empowering. If you’re seeking to heal, have a better self of self, or would like to enrich your relationships, I’m here to help.
