Therapy is more than simply talking about what’s wrong. Our work may include developing practical coping skills, exploring patterns in relationships, processing difficult experiences, challenging unhelpful beliefs, and building a deeper understanding of yourself. Your treatment will be tailored to what you actually need.

“What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t work?”
A previous therapy experience doesn’t necessarily mean therapy is not for you. The therapeutic relationship, approach, timing, and goals all matter. We’ll take time to understand what has and hasn’t worked for you so that your treatment feels collaborative, intentional, and relevant to your life.
